This confusion has been one of many misconceptions that contributed to the current difficulties in the real estate market. Though the subprime mortgage debacle created more than expected foreclosures and upside down mortgages, borrowers have also contributed to this economic challenge. This lecture will discuss the differences between homes as homes and homes as investments and the cycles that accompany these two very different approaches real estate. We are empowered with a sense of identity that is freed from traditional cultural references that is also an artificial separation of the personal and the collective. This talk will address ways to reintegrate community concerns within an astrological context, not to return to a pre-industrial worldview but to make astrology a relevant part of the post-modern world. |
