CANCELLATION POLICY:

Registration Fees including Box Lunch purchases are non-refundable, however if notice is received on or before March 10th, 2012, the following credit options are available:

1. Transfer funds toward IAD SF 2013 Registration; or

2. Transfer funds toward purchase of lecture/workshop recordings from the IADSF 2012 Conference/Post-Conference Events.

No credit transfers are permitted after March 10th, 2012.
