International Astrology Day (IAD) is an annual observance/holiday celebrated by astrologers and astrology enthusiasts. It is held on the spring equinox, the day the Sun enters Aries, which is the first sign of the Tropical Zodiac, and has long been considered the astrological new year. In observance of IAD the Association For Astrological Networking (AFAN) co-ordinates astrological lectures and events around the world. A portion of the proceeds from the IAD - San Francisco event will be donated to AFAN.

Assorted sliced roasted vegetable sandwich on Focaccia bread, topped with sundried tomato pesto spread with Provolone cheese. Roasted Vegetables: Eggplant, Zucchini, Tri Color Bell Peppers, and Portabella. Served with cole slaw and bleu cheese, fresh baked cookie.

Some of us carry the dreams of our families, while others hold the unconscious or rejected values of the tribe, and may be treated as if they are "good for nothing". Even when far away, there is an underlying connection to the tribe, one that reveals itself in the shape of events, in mysterious blockages and breaks. Each of us responds to the family patterning in a unique way. Bring your chart and those of other family members and begin to unravel your archetypal family patterns. -
Lynn Bell
Lynn Bell is a Paris-based astrologer whose work spans multiple cultures as a speaker, teacher, author and consultant in astrology. She has been a featured presenter at all the major astrology conferences in the world, and is on the faculty of the Centre for Psychological Astrology in London. Lynn’s work combines psychological and spiritual perspectives. Her interest in working with familial patterns emerged from work with clients, as well as her own experience. Her 1998 book on planetary patterns in families, Planetary Threads, will be re-published in 2013. Cycles of Light, her book on solar returns, was published in 2005. She is also one of the co-authors of the Mars Quartet, and numerous journal and magazine articles. Outside the world of astrology, she has often collaborated with Caroline Myss, and has been part of the faculty of the New Chartres School in Chartres, France.
