Lynn Bell: The Moon and Dependency

10:30 AM - 5:30 PM, with Break for Lunch
Building C, Room C210

Our dependency patterns in adult life, whether they take the extreme form of addictions to drugs and alcohol, or the more hidden path of emotional dependency, are often reflected by the aspects and sign of the Moon. We can be addicted to gaming or gambling, to daily conversations with Mom, to seduction, attention, or money. The Moon tells us where we get sticky and stuck, and even more points us in the direction of the underlying emotions that set it all into movement. We begin life truly dependent on the care of others for our survival and that pattern of care has a lasting imprint. Breaking the circle of repetition is a powerful act of consciousness, and finding the right timing is essential. How can we use transits and progressions to break into a new emotional life?

William Stickevers: Economic and Political Future of the United States based on the Barbault Cyclic Planetary Index

7:30 PM - 9:30 PM, Building C, Room C210

Significant turning points of the Cyclic Index from 2000 to 2021 are explored in regard to the United States’ Horoscope to make speculations on the nation’s economic, political, military and technological future. Andre Barbault’s Cyclic Index is the sum of all angular distances between pairs of outer planets, from Jupiter through Pluto. The Cyclic Index has proven to be one of the most accurate predictive tools for mundane astrologers for determining global economic and political stability.

He is well versed and/or certified in psychological, Horary, Electional, Astro*Carto*Graphy, Medieval, and Renaissance branches of astrology and worked with Alphee Lavoie of Astrological Institute of Research (AIR). Alan L. Lin: Interpreting Pallas: Ethics, Logic, and Skill in the Horoscope

7:30 PM - 9:30 PM, Building C, Room C210

Learn what Pallas tells us about our ethics, our socio-political convictions, our special talents, areas of insight, and our capacity for peace or violence. Astrological research on the asteroid Pallas has been sparse, vague, and not particularly compelling... until now. Using years of research painstakingly distilled from nearly a thousand horoscopes, Alan L Lin shares his findings.
